The Admissions Department provides an efficient introduction to our healthcare delivery system. Each of our registration areas including outpatient clinics and Emergency Department are responsible for driving healthcare. Our knowledgeable and pleasant staff assists patients with registration information so their care can be the primary concern.  The admissions and registration areas objective is to offer excellent customer service to all patients by ensuring a positive patient experience. The department provides registration for most hospital services including admissions, ancillary services, ambulatory surgery and birth registration. 

Financial Information and Assistance

If you do not have health insurance and worry that you may not be able to pay for your care, we may be able to help. Patient Financial Counselors will work with you on any payment issues and are available on-site or by phone to provide assistance. Arrival Time for Patient Access Process

Please arrive 30 minutes before the time of your service to complete the necessary paper work. For scheduled services, please visit the Information Desk for directions to location of service.

Patients should bring the following information when registering:

  • Insurance Card
  • Medicare/Medicaid Card
  • Government Issued Identification Card (e.g., driver's license or passport)
  • Name and Social Security Number of Insured
  • Physician Order for Diagnostic Services (Signed by Physician with the medical reason for the diagnostic test)
  • Referral and Authorization Form (if applicable)
